‍These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to the products and services of Beyond, including our websites, social media pages, software applications, and other online services (collectively, the “Services”). Beyond is the space where we go beyond the layers to rediscover your inner self. Here, depth and clarity meet you as you are, without embellishment or distraction.

‍Acceptance of the Terms
‍Take your time to read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, which govern your use of our Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

‍Use of the ServicesEligibility

If you are a minor in your place of residence, you may only use the Services if your parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor user, you agree to comply with these Terms and are responsible for your child’s activity on the Services.

‍To explore many areas of Beyond, you will need to create an account. It’s essential that you provide accurate account information and keep it up to date, always protecting your account’s security. If you notice any unauthorized use or security issues, please notify us immediately at Beyond support email. You are responsible for all activity under your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

‍Subscriptions and Deepening Offers (Beyond Premium)
‍This section covers Services available only through a paid subscription (referred to as “Beyond Premium”).

‍Recurring Subscriptions
‍If you choose a recurring Beyond Premium subscription (“Recurring Subscription”), it will continue for the period you select and automatically renew until you cancel it. You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the beginning of each subscription period at the then-current price, plus applicable taxes and fees. If we cannot process your payment, you remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.

‍Cancellation
‍To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If you cancel, you will retain access to Beyond Premium until the end of your current period, but you will not be entitled to a refund for fees already paid unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

‍Promotional Offers (Trials or Discounts)
‍We may offer promotions such as free trials or introductory discounts.  You must meet the eligibility requirements described in the specific offer (“Offer Terms”). Unless otherwise specified, these offers are generally for new customers who have not previously subscribed to Beyond Premium. At the end of the promotional period, you authorize us to begin billing your payment method for the current subscription price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the promotional period ends.

The Services are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any use of the Services not expressly authorized is strictly prohibited and will terminate this license.

‍Your Contributions (User Content)
‍We do not claim ownership over anything you post or share through the Services (such as messages, text, or images, collectively, “User Content”).

‍License You Grant Us: By sharing your User Content on Beyond, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, publish, translate, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content and any associated name or image, in connection with operating, marketing, and providing the Services, without compensation to you.

‍Prohibited Conduct: Keeping the Space Authentic
‍You are solely responsible for your User Content and your behavior.
To keep Beyond authentic and safe, you agree not to:
- Post or share User Content that: Infringes on or violates any third-party patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy right. Is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive. Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, illegal, or abusive.Promotes discrimination, intolerance, racism, hatred, or harassment against any individual or group. Contains viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful content.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or imitate the Services, name, or logo of Beyond without our express written consent.
- Use the Services for purposes other than those intended, or in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Attempt to access, scrape, or extract data from the Services using automated engines, software, or tools (such as spiders or robots) other than those provided by Beyond. Interfere with or attempt to interfere with another user’s access or experience.
